About Summer Camp
TAEKWONDO CLASSES
The students will receive two 90-minute classes per day for a total of 3-hours of Taekwondo Class. We focus on Discipline, Respect, and Confidence to give the children the tools they need to succeed going into the next school year! They are, of course, learning these principles through structured Martial Arts Classes.
KOREAN LANGUAGE LESSONS
Every day, before their second Taekwondo class, the students receive a 30-minute lesson on reading, writing, and speaking Korean! How cool is that?! By the end of Summer, students will be able to read Korean, write in Korean, and say phrases and hold basic conversations!
FIELD TRIPS
We work hard but we also play hard! Weekly field trips are included at no additional cost! We try to stay near the Taekwondo school and frequent places that we know are safe. As always, safety is the number one priority at SMTA! We will be visiting Arcade Zone (right next door to us), the Sunrise Civic Center Pool (next door to our plaza), the park, and Strikers Bowling Alley.
